We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, time on page, referring source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) when you arrive from a link we published.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver the resources you request, respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct calls you book, provide our consulting services, and send relevant follow-up communication through our marketing platform. We use usage data to understand how the site performs and to improve its content. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
We use a small set of service providers to operate this site and our business, each of which processes data only on our behalf: Supabase (form submissions and content database), Zoho (CRM, marketing automation, booking, live chat, and billing), Stripe (payment processing, via Zoho), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (site usage measurement), Zoho PageSense (site usage and experience measurement), and Vercel (site hosting and performance analytics). Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices, and we share only what each needs to perform its function.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site functioning and remember your cookie preference. Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense, load only if you choose Accept All in the cookie banner. If you choose Necessary Only, analytics scripts do not load and no analytics cookies are set. Your Rights

Data is stored with providers that maintain industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
